Welcome to STUDIYO Jewelry! Thank you for joining our Affiliate program.
These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. Affiliate Links, Coupon Codes, and Promotion Use
Affiliate links are automatically generated. Affiliates may also generate referral links for specific products or collections. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent link clicked will be the one that receives credit.
Affiliates may or may not be assigned a branded coupon code, with details and availability clarified within the Affiliate Dashboard. Coupon codes are not automatically issued and must be requested and approved by STUDIYO Jewelry.
If a customer clicks an affiliate link and also uses an assigned coupon code, commissions will not be double counted.
Affiliates may promote STUDIYO Jewelry–run promotions or sitewide sales when they are publicly available.
However, affiliate coupon codes may not be combined or stacked with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated by STUDIYO Jewelry.
Affiliates may not promote or distribute any STUDIYO Jewelry discount code unless it has been directly assigned to them.
Affiliates may advertise the merchant website across approved online channels such as Instagram, blogs, or newsletters. Offline promotion (print, magazines, etc.) is permitted with appropriate brand representation.
3. Commissions and Payment
Affiliates will receive commissions on qualifying purchases made through their referral link or assigned coupon code, in accordance with the current commission structure.
Commissions are calculated based on the total order value before tax and shipping. Taxes, shipping fees, and other charges are excluded from commission calculations.
Affiliate payment details must be submitted within the Dashboard for commissions to be paid. Payments are issued according to the schedule outlined in the Affiliate Guide.
All commissions are subject to review. Orders that result in refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are not eligible for commission payout.
4. Marketing tool
We may share promotion media such as banner, logo or specific collection promotion to you through Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on affiliate channels.
5. Content Alignment and Brand Representation
Affiliates are expected to represent STUDIYO Jewelry in a manner that aligns with the brand’s values, aesthetic, and positioning. This includes thoughtful presentation, accurate product information, and respectful brand association.
STUDIYO Jewelry reserves the right to request removal of content or terminate affiliate participation if content is deemed misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the brand.
6. Paid Advertising Restrictions
Affiliates are not permitted to run paid advertisements using the STUDIYO Jewelry brand name, product names, or close variations thereof (including search, social, or marketplace ads) without prior written permission.
7. Network
If Network tab is activated, affiliate can invite others to become their downline affiliate. If any downline affiliate brings order to merchant shop, upline affiliate will also get network commission which depends on merchant settings.
To invite other affiliates into the system, share network link and any other affiliate who click on that link and sign up will become a downline affiliate.
8. Cookie
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.
Cookies day is said on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or use the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
9. Removal from Referral Program
Affiliates may request removal from the Affiliate Program at any time by contacting hello@studiyojewelry.com.
STUDIYO Jewelry reserves the right to suspend or remove any affiliate from the program at its discretion.
